Delete your account

You can delete your Watro account and your data whenever you want, in one of two ways.

In the app (immediately)

  1. 1 Open Watro and sign in with your number and code.
  2. 2 Go to the Account tab.
  3. 3 Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom.
  4. 4 Read what will be deleted, then confirm. The account goes at once.

By writing to us

If you no longer have the app, write to us from your registered number or by email and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm it is you through your registered number, then delete the data within seven working days.

What is deleted

  • Your name, your mobile number and your code.
  • Your saved cars and their plate numbers.
  • Your saved addresses and locations.
  • Your device id, so no notification reaches you afterwards.

What stays, and why

Receipts for washes you already had stay for as long as Saudi accounting and tax rules require, but they no longer carry your name or number. Your wallet balance and any washes left in a subscription are lost and cannot be restored.

Before you delete

If a wash is under way, finish or cancel it first — the crew are on their way to you.
